Senator Lincoln requested that the reconsideration on SENATE BILL              
NO. 8 am An Act relating to the noise levels of airports and sport             
shooting facilities be taken up.                                               
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 8 am was before the Senate on reconsideration.                 
                                                                               
Senator Lincoln moved that the bill be returned to second reading for          
the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 3.               
Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection.   There being            
no further objections, the bill was returned to second reading.

After facilities in Amendment No. 1:                                           
	Delete: in this chapter, substantial change in the use does not               
include a mere increase in the frequency of flights or the number of

Senator Lincoln moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 3.                     
Senator Halford objected.
